The Client Experience Associate plays a vital role in maintaining seamless operations and outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include managing client inquiries, processing policy documentation, and maintaining data integrity. Moreover, you'll assist in organization and administrative tasks to enhance client satisfaction and relationships both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks for the Client Experience Manager
• Foster relationships with clients, underwriters, and industry professionals
• Prepare and send invoices; follow up on outstanding payments
• Organize and maintain client files and critical correspondence
• Adhere to procedures for accounts receivables and claims logs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance
• RIBO licence or willingness to obtain
• Proven customer service delivery experience
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Curious mindset and commitment to continuous learning
