You will report directly to the General Managers and focus on administrative, operational, and communication coordination between sales and operations teams. Essential responsibilities include supporting the sales team, managing rooming lists, and ensuring documentation aligns with company standards. Your organizational skills will be critical in hitting occupancy goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Manage details for rooms-only group bookings
• Coordinate all signed contracts and documentation
• Collaborate on invoicing with the accounting team
• Keep sales and operations teams informed of updates
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in hospitality or event coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Opera PMS is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in dynamic settings
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
