As an Associate on the Workplace Experience & Administration team, you will be vital in creating lasting impressions for clients. Reporting to the Manager, you’ll manage guest arrivals, maintain a welcoming environment, and assist the administrative team.
Your role will bridge client engagement and backend support, ensuring a smooth operational flow in a professional office setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary contact for clients and guests
• Manage daily office logistics and guest coordination
• Maintain reception and client areas to high standards
• Assist with meeting setups and AV equipment
• Communicate deliveries and general inquiries swiftly
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of reception or administrative experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to manage sensitive information discreetly
• Valid Driver’s License for firm-related errands
Deliver exceptional service and administrative excellence as a critical team member in Toronto.
