In this pivotal position, you will coordinate daily operations within the department while directing and providing guidance to your administrative team. Your duties will encompass overseeing a range of services, including records management and finance, ensuring high standards and operational effectiveness. Supervising both office staff and volunteers, you will ensure seamless service delivery across all administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate various administrative services in the department
• Evaluate operational workflows for improved efficiency

• Organize, track, and manage departmental inventory
• Supervise office staff and volunteers effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 to 2 years of relevant management experience
• Knowledge of administrative processes and services
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
