Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls to staff and voicemail
• Greet and assist clients and visitors efficiently
• Organize and prepare meeting rooms with all necessary materials
• Coordinate building and housekeeping services as required
• Complete general clerical tasks, including mail distribution
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Up to 2 years of related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Basic math skills for simple calculations
