As part of your responsibilities, you will perform national land title registry searches, file necessary legal documents, and manage security interests for lenders. Your attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines will be critical to success in this role, providing valuable support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct national property title searches for verification
• Prepare and submit PPSA Fixture Filings accurately
• Process NOSI discharges to maintain title integrity
• Respond to inquiries both via email and phone professionally
• Identify and report issues related to Land Title Services
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Processes, Office Administration, or Law
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry
• Experience in a detail-oriented office setting
• Understanding of Land Title Registries beneficial
• Organized and motivated to meet quality standards
Utilize your attention to detail and organizational skills in supporting ESC's mission in public records management.
