The Kalemi Team is hiring a proactive Administrative Assistant with real estate experience. This full-time role emphasizes document management and client coordination in an engaging office environment.
We're looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience in real estate administration. Your responsibilities will include managing transactions, updating MLS data, and gathering essential documents for various stakeholders. Familiarity with software like Canva Pro, Follow Up Boss, and Docu Sign is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee transaction management and document deadlines
• Handle client communications and coordination with vendors
• Create eye-catching marketing materials using Canva
• Manage the team's social media and online engagement
• Support basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reports
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in real estate administration
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with CRM and real estate management tools
• Valid driver's license for travel in the GTA
• Must work full-time in-office five days a week
