In this role, you will actively participate in various administrative duties, from managing the board meetings to supporting the People Team's initiatives. Your resourcefulness and strong coordination skills will be essential in maintaining a productive office atmosphere and exceeding strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage communications and assist the People Team
• Compilation of monthly executive expense reports
• Coordinate meetings and events on behalf of the CEO
• Oversee office supplies and liaise with building management
• Serve as a point of contact for Board meeting preparation
Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum three years supporting high-level executives
• Familiarity with Board support is an asset
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Provide vital administrative support, coordinate strategic initiatives, and thrive within an impactful People Division setting.
