Step into a meaningful role at ESC as a Land Services Admin Clerk. Focus on supporting legal processes through precise documentation and property searches in a full-time position.
In your role at ESC, you will facilitate national land title registry searches while filing essential legal documents. Reporting to a Team Lead, you handle numerous responsibilities that require both accuracy and a customer-centric mindset. Your work will be pivotal in managing documentation and financial integrity for lenders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth searches in national land title registries
• Prepare PPSA Fixture Filings and related forms
• Process discharges of security interests in property titles
• Address inquiries with internal and external clients
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate as necessary
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Processes or related areas preferred
• Experience in office administration or legal fields
• Knowledge of Land Title Registries or real estate coursework studied
• Strong focus on detail and accuracy
• Capable of working independently with minimal direction
