Join a professional office as an Administrative Assistant in downtown Toronto with a hybrid work model of three days onsite weekly. This role begins June 29, 2026, and has a robust potential for extension or permanent placement.
You will provide critical administrative support in a senior capacity to multiple managers, showcasing your exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Your experience with event coordination and high-volume workflow tracking will be vital in maintaining office efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver advanced administrative support to multiple leaders
• Coordinate events and effectively manage scheduling
• Prepare and track correspondence and pertinent documentation
• Oversee high-volume administrative processes seamlessly
• Leverage MS Office tools for optimal performance
Requirements:
• Completed post-secondary education in related field
• Recent managerial references are required
• Must be willing to complete background screening
• Available for interviews during June 15 week
• Proven attention to detail in administrative tasks
