Key Responsibilities:

• Administer office supplies and maintenance coordination
• Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive compliance matters
• Prepare and review invoices for accuracy
• Support the Rewards & Recognition Committee processes
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and productivity tools
• Knowledge of AI tools or automation is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and time management
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
