In this dual role, you will provide integral office support while building customer relationships. Your responsibility includes operating copiers, handling mail, and assisting with job billing, ensuring customer satisfaction with each task you perform. Key Responsibilities:
• Run copy machines and provide necessary finishing work
• Monitor and ensure copier function and quality assurance
• Distribute mail and deliveries to designated drop-off points
• Maintain billing logs and calculate charges for services
• Address service calls and coordinate with customers
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in a mail room or copy center
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Motivated to deliver results and build relationships
