Position: Toronto CFO Executive Assistant Role
TFS is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to the CFO for a full-time role in Toronto. This position requires bilingual proficiency and focuses on superior office administration and customer service.

You will be responsible for scheduling and supporting the CFO's meetings, managing important contracts, and assisting with the Business Office's financial tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong administrative background and a meticulous approach to organization alongside excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Central point of contact for the Business Office visitors

• Manage and coordinate the CFO's calendar efficiently

• Oversee contract renewals and maintain policy folders

• Provide administrative support, focusing on financial tasks

• Manage office operations, supplies, and logistics

Requirements:

• Undergraduate Degree or Diploma in Office Administration

• Bilingual (French and English) with excellent communication skills

• Minimum of 5 years' relevant administrative experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
