This role requires commuting to our Toronto office three days a week. As an Executive Assistant, you will manage executive calendars, facilitate travel arrangements, and oversee office management tasks. Effective communication with team members, clients, and vendors is essential for ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendar for seamless daily operations
• Coordinate travel bookings and expense management through Concur
• Maintain office supplies and manage building upkeep
• Greet guests at reception and assist with office needs
• Prepare boardrooms and manage catering requests for client meetings
Requirements:
• Previous administrative experience supporting senior leadership
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams
