TK Elevator is seeking a Contracts Administrator with a minimum of two years’ experience. This role involves maintaining electronic contract tracking, ensuring compliance, and preparing necessary documents. You will work with local coordinators, manage third-party claims, and support contract audits while fulfilling various reporting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain Electronic Contract Tracking for all contracts
• Ensure compliance by collaborating with local coordinators
• Prepare and process insurance certificates as needed
• Track and communicate new tenders to appropriate branches
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
• Proficiency in Excel and data entry
• Ability to adhere to deadlines and goals
• Organized with strong multi-tasking skills
