Become a key player in coordinating efforts for the Principal Lawyer and CFO as an Executive Assistant. This position requires meticulous organization and decision-oriented execution.
In this role, you will oversee critical facets of communication and task management for the firm. You will attend key meetings, manage Asana tasks, and ensure that nothing discussed is overlooked. A detail-oriented approach and strong communication skills are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend key meetings and maintain structured minutes for decisions
• Utilize Asana for task management, assigning responsibilities and deadlines
• Create one-page briefing notes for meetings with key issues
• Draft effective agendas that ensure focused discussions
• Provide ad hoc support for the Founder’s office
Requirements:
• Strong organizational skills and excellence in written communication
• Experience supporting high-level executives in legal environments
• Familiarity with task management systems
• Comfort in high-pressure work settings
• Ability to structure workload effectively
Facilitate streamlined operations and ensure accountability as the backbone of execution in your firm.
