In this role, you will play an integral part in customer service by answering phone inquiries and greeting visitors. Your responsibilities will include billings and vehicle stock management, as well as timely communication of messages to staff. Your positive attitude and language skills will enhance customer relationships and support dealership goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls politely and direct appropriately
• Maintain updated vehicle registrations and stock numbers
• Communicate timely messages to relevant parties
• Manage sales receipts and financial records
• Ensure a tidy and welcoming work area
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year switchboard experience required
• Some basic accounting knowledge beneficial
• Must speak English, Mandarin, and Cantonese fluently
• Demonstrate a strong customer service attitude
