In this position, you will provide advanced executive-level support to a senior leader in Governance, Legal and Compliance, managing complex scheduling, board coordination, communications, and confidential administrative functions.
- Pay Rate: $35/hour
- Location: North York, ON
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Employment Type: Temporary | Full-time

- Provide high-level executive administrative support to senior leadership in Governance, Legal and Compliance.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
- Prepare, edit, and format confidential correspondence, presentations, and executive documents.
- Coordinate board and governance meetings, including materials, logistics, and follow-ups.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and expense reporting for executive leadership.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives and board members.
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives as required.
- Ensure smooth administrative operations in a fast-paced executive environment.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives (C-suite or equivalent).
- Experience in legal, governance, or corporate environments is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in large or complex organizational structures is an asset.
