In this role, you will provide vital administrative and project support for various quality improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating events, managing documentation, and facilitating collaboration among partners to advance quality care practices in geriatric services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate meetings for the Quality Department and SQLI
• Manage documentation and evidence for accreditation readiness
• Support onboarding of new member organizations
• Assist with event planning for conferences and initiatives
• Update and maintain quality-related resources
Requirements:
• Diploma in Office or Health Administration
• Three years of administrative experience, preferably in healthcare
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with meeting agendas, minutes, and action tracking
• Knowledge of quality improvement and accreditation processes
