You will coordinate critical special projects, manage schedules, and serve as a vital communication link between directors and other departments. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate office functions effectively
• Prepare and maintain confidential documents
• Handle scheduling, meeting arrangements, and minutes
• Organize materials for both internal and external events
• Select and procure appropriate office supplies
Requirements:
• College or University diploma/degree necessary
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in administrative roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous exposure to healthcare environments is an asset
