In this full-time role, you'll provide essential support to the plant management and staff, managing budgets, expenses, and logistical needs. You will spearhead culture-building initiatives and improve communication channels, creating newsletters and organizing team-building activities. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will be key in fostering a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for plant management and staff
• Coordinate logistics for events, training, and meetings
• Develop communication materials for employee engagement initiatives
• Manage budget, expenses, and purchasing processes
• Archive and file documents per company policy
Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma in HR required
• Prior experience in administration or HR support
• Proficient in Office applications including Excel and Power Point
