Step into the role of Benefits Administrator at Eataly, a fixed-term position ending in July 2027. Your primary task will be to ensure employees receive support with various benefit programs and claims.
This position encompasses administration and coordination of employee benefit programs, workers' compensation, and incident management. You will be integral in communicating with employees and ensuring compliance with Canadian laws while managing statutory leaves and benefits enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Function as the first point of contact for benefits inquiries
• Administer benefits programs including RRSP, health, and dental
• Manage documentation for all leaves and compliance
• Track WSIB claims with timely communication
• Assist in benefits invoicing and audits
Requirements:
• High level of accuracy in data entry and analysis
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication capabilities
• Administrative experience preferred
• An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree is ideal
