Kids Help Phone, a leader in youth mental health services, seeks a Receptionist and Administrative Coordinator. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, manage executive calendars, and support office operations. Strong organizational skills and bilingual communication are essential to excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
• Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings
• Sort and distribute mail and deliveries
• Replenish office supplies as needed
• Coordinate meeting logistics and presentation setups
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years in reception and administrative roles
• Bilingual in French and English
