Become a Registration Officer at CIRO to impact Canada’s capital markets directly. This Hybrid role will have you reviewing significant registration filings and ensuring compliance.
In this full-time position, you will assess registration applications and assist in maintaining CIRO’s high regulatory standards. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential as you liaise with stakeholders and address sensitive regulatory issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and assess registration filings for compliance
• Conduct gatekeeper functions for NRD applications
• Communicate with filers for additional information
• Keep detailed records of application reviews
• Collaborate with regional offices on filing inquiries
Requirements:
• Good understanding of CIRO Rules and policies
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
• 2-3 years financial industry experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle sensitive information with care
Support CIRO in maintaining high standards of registration and safeguarding investors in this vital industry.
