This position focuses on providing crucial administrative and operational support to the Programs and Partnerships teams. Responsibilities include managing communications, documentation, and scheduling to ensure smooth operations. Your work will help build effective relationships and advance organizational initiatives. Experience in a not-for-profit sector is advantageous for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and support various projects and events
• Organize meeting materials and maintain records
• Assist in reporting inputs and activity tracking
• Support other departments as needed for operational continuity
• Engage in organizational events and community activities
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or relevant experience
• 2-3 years in an admin or operational support role
• Knowledge of skilled trades or workforce development is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Utilize your problem-solving and organizational skills to foster collaboration within the Programs and Partnerships teams.
