This role reports to the Facility Manager and involves pivotal tasks such as maintaining document controls, coordinating vendor relations, and preparing compliance reports. Your expertise in managing inventory systems will play a vital role in reducing losses and enhancing operational efficiency within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage document controls and office supplies
• Process vendor invoices and purchase orders
• Maintain customer inventory control systems
• Monitor work order compliance via CMMS
• Organize documentation for audits and inspections
Requirements:
• 5 years of administrative office experience
• 1-2 years experience in inventory management
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Valid Ontario ‘G’ Driver’s License
• Background in the construction industry is advantageous
