As a Procurement and Inventory Control Coordinator, you will coordinate procurement requests and manage office supplies while supporting reception duties. This role requires a blend of administrative skills and vendor management, ideal for professionals with 3-5 years of related experience. You’ll also be responsible for the acquisition of liquor and wine, as well as equipment inventory oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process incoming procurement requests and generate purchase orders
• Prepare RFP/RFQ documentation with business units
• Assist with liquor and wine storage operations
• Monitor inventory control of office supplies
• Cover Reception duties as needed
Requirements:
• College diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• 3 to 5 years in Inventory Control and Office Administration
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
• Ability to perform physical tasks in an office setting
