In this dual role, you will ensure the efficient running of office operations while leading the planning and execution of important organizational events. Your organizational skills will help manage communications, logistics, and ensure a seamless experience for attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage office supplies and incoming communications
• Coordinate major events such as staff retreats and parties
• Handle travel arrangements for team members
• Process donations and manage related documentation

Requirements:
• Relevant diploma or similar qualifications
• 3-5 years of office management and event coordination
• Strong skills in MS Office applications
