Become an integral part of our millwork company in North York, ON as a Full-Time Office Administrator. This role focuses on administration, bookkeeping, and client communication all in one position.
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. With a background in administration spanning at least three years, you will manage office tasks, oversee bookkeeping updates, and prepare estimates for clients. Your efficiency will greatly impact our overall productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize the office and maintain a tidy showroom
• Handle office calls answering all queries
• Daily bookkeeping updates as per instructions
• File necessary documents and paperwork efficiently
• Generate client proposals and manage contracts
Requirements:
• A minimum of three years' experience in administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Quick Books familiarity preferred
• Must have a secondary school education
• Required to work on-site in North York, ON
