Join the Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs (CIJA) as an Administrative Coordinator on a three-month contract. Support community engagement and advocacy efforts while managing office operations in a hybrid work environment.
This administrative support position is perfect for organized individuals passionate about nonprofit advocacy. Responsibilities include scheduling, assisting senior leadership, and ensuring seamless operational support for the GTA team. Your meticulous attention to detail and initiative will drive community-focused processes forward.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize special events and off-site meetings
• Prepare correspondence and presentation materials
• Maintain senior managers' appointment calendars
• Manage travel accommodations for team members
• Compile advocacy tracking and follow-ups
Requirements:
• Experience in administrative support is a must
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
• Diploma or degree in relevant fields preferred
