This role is crucial in providing front-facing support for TIM Centre services at Tyndale, a Christian university dedicated to developing community leaders. You'll handle invoicing, maintain databases, and coordinate events while focusing on excellent customer service and communication with diverse groups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily administrative support and invoicing
• Coordinate programs, events, and communications
• Oversee class logistics and academic records
• Create content for social media and newsletters
• Act as liaison for internal and external contacts
Requirements:
• College Diploma in Administration preferred
• 4-5 years of administrative experience
• Experience in non-profit/educational settings
• Database management skills
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
