Step into the role of Search and Registration Clerk at ESC Corporate Services Ltd. in Toronto, Ontario. This full-time position focuses on providing comprehensive administrative support within the Personal Property Securities Act framework.
You will play an essential role in assisting clients with the ordering of securities, corporate searches, and the filing of critical legal documents. Your responsibilities include conducting NUANS preliminary searches and managing accurate reporting procedures, ensuring deadlines are met with precision. A Law Clerk Diploma and prior office experience are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process client orders for legal documents and searches
• Conduct and report on NUANS searches effectively
• Prepare and file corporate documents accurately
• Perform due diligence and land title searches
• Complete miscellaneous administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
• Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent education
• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant environment
• Familiarity with PPSA and corporate registrations beneficial
• Quick learner with advanced technological capabilities
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills
