Your role will be key in assisting with transfer operations and client inquiries.
Reporting to the Supervisor of Transfers, this role involves daily processing of transfer requests and managing correspondence. If you have a passion for client service and motivation to learn more about financial operations, this is the right role for you. Collaboration and attention to detail are vital components of success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and track transfer requests as per agreements
• Respond to inquiries regarding transfer statuses
• Initiate transfers accurately, both manual and ATON
• Provide operational support for external institution transfers
• Maintain organized filing of transfer documentation
Requirements:
• 1-2 years experience in financial post-secondary administration
• High attention to detail in tasks
• Strong multitasking capabilities and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
