You will act as the center of control and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, answering calls and emails.
How you will contribute- Provide administrative support and build effective relationships with those you support.
- Perform duties related to budget, expenses and purchasing processes.
- Help coordinate culture building and engagement initiatives for the site.
- Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy.
- Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data.
- Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested.
- Coordinate logistics for travel, events, meetings, training and food arrangements.
- Provide full administrative support for plant visits and operations.
- Facilitate communication and feedback channels, manage communication boards, TV displays and related materials.
- Create communication materials including monthly newsletters, announcements and postings.
- Assist in employee engagement and recognition programs, organize team‑building activities and social events for all shifts.
- Maintain office supplies (stationery, coffee, etc.) and keep the office in order.
- Assist the HR lead on various projects.

- University degree or college diploma in Human Resources.
- Background in Human Resources and experience in admin/HR support roles.
- Highly developed customer‑service orientation and caring attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms).
- Strong attention to detail combined with proactive attitude.
- Excellent teamwork and ability to anticipate needs and respond accordingly.
- Curious, engaged personality comfortable with rapid change and a fast‑paced environment.
The expected base salary range for this position is $59,800 to $74,750 CAD depending on experience, skills, education and budget. The position is eligible to participate in a competitive bonus program with a target of 6% and potential for over‑achievement.
