Join Intact as a Claims Assistant II, providing essential legal support in a flexible, hybrid work environment. This role focuses on document management for the Claims and Legal teams.
As a Claims Assistant II, you will gather, vet, and manage claims documents within the National Document Team. Your responsibilities will ensure that all documents are accurately organized and ready for review by the legal team. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong administrative experience, particularly in a legal context.
Key Responsibilities:
• Retrieve documents from relevant claims systems
• Vet and rename documents for legal management
• Communicate document statuses to claims and legal teams
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements
• Propose enhancements to existing processes
Requirements:
• High School or College Diploma with business training
• 2-3 years in an administrative or clerical role
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with office applications and legal documents
