You will assist a close-knit team led by Deborah Williams, working with high-net-worth individuals and business owners. Your responsibilities include answering client inquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring timely document processing. Your contributions will be vital for the advisors’ success, directly impacting client relationships and overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary client contact, responding promptly to inquiries
• Prepare documentation for various financial transactions
• Maintain client records and keep CRM data up to date
• Support new client onboarding processes
• Assist with marketing tracking and internal coordination
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of administrative experience, financial services preferred
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and new systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and reliable work ethic
• In-office attendance required
