This pivotal role involves working directly with the CLO to manage a busy calendar and foster communications with stakeholders. You will oversee administrative tasks within the Legal Services Department which include document management, budget tracking, and process improvements. Your organizational skills will be critical in maintaining a well-functioning department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate CLO’s schedule and meeting arrangements
• Maintain legal files and manage databases
• Prepare documents and internal communications
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding logistics
• Develop and implement departmental standards
Requirements:
• College Diploma in Legal Office Administration
• 3–5 years of relevant administrative experience
• Familiarity with legal and medical terminology
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven ability to operate independently
Support the CLO and enhance the administrative functions that are vital to the Legal Services Department.
