As an Administrative Coordinator, you will assist Directors by managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing necessary documentation.
Your role will also include communicating with team members and stakeholders to resolve inquiries and maintain smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Director team with scheduling and meetings
• Prepare detailed presentations and reports
• Manage correspondence and follow up on requests
• Monitor and report on departmental performance metrics
• Arrange travel and manage expense reports
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar administrative role
• Strong Microsoft 365 proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Experienced in hybrid work logistics and tools
