Reporting to the Lead, Legal Counsel, this position involves comprehensive file management, clerical tasks, and document preparation. You will facilitate communication, coordinate meetings, and participate in financial management within the Law Department. A proactive approach and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage file organization and maintenance tasks
• Perform clerical responsibilities including service of pleadings
• Handle mail and courier logistics
• Process accounts payables and receivables
• Create and respond to various legal documents
Requirements:
• College Diploma in Legal Administration
• Minimum 8 years of administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
