You will provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Lawyer Services & Payments Department. Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and proof-read various correspondence
• Review and allocate requests to appropriate teams
• Manage daily incoming and outgoing mail processes
• Maintain accurate electronic filing and records
• Attend and record minutes in departmental meetings
Requirements:
• High school diploma with relevant administrative experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software tools
• Excellent communication for lawyer and client interactions
• Ability to adjust to new policies and procedures
• Strong organizational skills and time management
