Take on a pivotal role as a Finance Administrator in Toronto with a key focus on Tax, Treasury, and Payroll support for 12 months. Provide critical administrative and operational backing while enhancing service delivery and stakeholder engagement.
This position requires a proactive Finance Administrator to offer high-quality support for Finance leaders. Your responsibilities will include calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparing essential documentation. Enhancing processes and driving efficiency are crucial elements of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to Finance leaders
• Serve as the main contact for internal and external enquiries
• Prepare meeting agendas and maintain action logs
• Ensure records are accurate and comply with standards
• Identify process improvements for increased efficiency
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• Minimum of 1 year administrative experience in large organizations
• Proficient in large ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Support Finance operations effectively while excelling in administrative roles in a hybrid environment.
