As a Corporate Actions Officer, you will provide operational expertise in managing data associated with corporate actions, ensuring accuracy throughout the event lifecycle.
Your role will involve meticulous documentation handling and effective communication with various stakeholders to uphold data integrity. Utilize your competence in both organizational and technical skills to impact daily operations meaningfully.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter data related to corporate actions
• Manage documentation for legal transfers and re-registrations
• Prepare entitlement payments and official correspondence
• Reconcile shareholder positions and flag discrepancies
• Assist with process support and document storage
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent needed
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional attention to detail in document handling
• Strong communication skills for professional writing
• Ability to handle a high volume of paperwork and tasks
