Your responsibilities will involve managing calendars, organizing travel, and preparing executive documents. Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage executive meeting schedules and logistics
• Prepare high-quality presentations and taken minutes during meetings
• Book travel and hotel arrangements for executives
• Oversee departmental budgets and track expenses accurately
• Plan significant events, including annual summits
Requirements:
• 5 to 10 years of Executive Assistant experience
• Must possess strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity
• College/University background preferred
