Reporting to the Senior Manager, Executive Operations, you will actively participate in creating a productive office culture. This involves managing visitor interactions, coordinating correspondence, and maintaining the office's organization. Additionally, your responsibilities include liaising with vendors, managing supplies, and planning corporate events, making you integral to the office's functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and facilitate their experience
• Answer and direct all incoming calls to the right individuals
• Maintain mail, courier services, and office security
• Oversee office supply inventory and vendor relations
• Assist in planning community and company-wide events
Requirements:
• Over 3 years of administrative experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Commitment to customer service and confidentiality
