In this position, you will collaborate with the Senior Manager, Operations and their teams to enhance operational workflow through meticulous administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include preparing documentation, managing contracts, and processing invoices effectively. Your commitment to problem-solving and organization will directly impact the team's performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather financial reports for monthly department scorecards
• Support budget preparation and tracking functions
• Process operational invoices and expenses
• Maintain service contract listings for properties
• Coordinate vendor relationships for operational tasks
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3 to 5 years of relevant administrative experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft and Google applications
• Knowledge of RFP/RFQ processes is an asset
• Understanding of property management principles is essential
