About the OpportunityWe are building a pipeline of Receptionists for upcoming opportunities across the Toronto region. The role involves serving as the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming and efficient workplace environment.

Your Responsibilities- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming reception area
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and courier deliveries
- Maintain visitor logs and support office security procedures
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate office supplies and assist with general office administration
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned
- 1–3 years of receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
French is an asset - Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and customer‑focused approach
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office systems
- Ability to remain calm and qualified in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
