About the Opportunity

We are building a pipeline of Receptionists for upcoming opportunities across the Toronto region. The role involves serving as the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming and efficient workplace environment.

Your Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming reception area
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and courier deliveries
  • Maintain visitor logs and support office security procedures
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Coordinate office supplies and assist with general office administration
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
    French is an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and customer‑focused approach
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office systems
  • Ability to remain calm and qualified in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
