Position: Executive Assistant to C‑Suite
Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid)
Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 plus bonus eligibility, generous paid time off, 100% employer‑paid benefits, employer pension contributions and matching, wellness spending allowances, summer hours, and much more

Our client, a highly respected Canadian organization, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to members of its C‑Suite leadership team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a polished and proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast‑paced corporate environment and enjoys acting as a true business partner to senior executives. Working alongside a collaborative and established Executive Assistant team, you will play a critical role in ensuring executives remain organized, informed, and prepared to focus on strategic business priorities.
The ideal candidate possesses a "Chief of Staff" mindset—someone who can anticipate needs, connect the dots, manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgment, and confidently move initiatives forward with minimal direction.
- Provide executive‑level support to three C‑Suite leaders
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and logistics
- Prepare presentations, reports, executive correspondence, agendas, and briefing materials
- Ensure executives are prepared for meetings through the coordination of materials, action items, and follow‑up activities
- Process and reconcile executive expenses
- Act as a trusted liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders
- Manage highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Anticipate executive needs, identify potential challenges, and proactively implement solutions
- Support strategic initiatives, special projects, and broader administrative priorities as required
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives or executive leadership teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast‑paced corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Strong experience preparing executive presentations, reports, and business materials
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and solutions‑oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and confidently with minimal oversight
