Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front-of-house operations and meeting space readiness
• Act as primary contact for workplace needs and visitor queries
• Coordinate local vendor services, contracts, and quality
• Provide extensive administrative support for office operations
• Support onboarding and offboarding logistics for San Francisco employees
Requirements:
• Over 5 years in workplace coordination or similar roles
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 30 lbs
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and modern tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
