Summary
TSF Operations Assistant is primarily responsible for creating planned and reactive maintenance work orders and dispatching them to the respective contracted maintenance provider. The role also involves following up with the maintenance provider to ensure timely work order closure according to defined service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the TSF Operations Coordinator by utilizing the system‑based work order management tool (Workforce) to generate planned and reactive maintenance work orders.
- Dispatch work orders to maintenance service providers.
- Monitor work order completion with all maintenance providers to ensure timely completion.
- Assist with work order reconciliation and preparation of overdue work order status (Aging KPI Report).
- Assist with work order escalation and maintenance provider follow‑up.
- Prior operational experience in a work order based system environment.
- Strong IT skills (Excel, MS Office, Quattro, SAP, etc.).
- Ability to analyze data and drive required actions.
- Strong knowledge of the City and its internal geographical boundaries.
- Task‑oriented with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and motivational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Team player.
