Schedule

Flexible, any 3 days of the week, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with 1 hour lunch break.

Qualifications
  • MUST have prior Real Estate Admin Experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role at a brokerage
  • Knowledge of RECO and TRREB rules
  • Document, compliance, and quality assurance skills (review and proofread documents, ensure RECO compliance)
  • Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, Broker Bay, Web Forms, and other real estate software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management capabilities
  • Proactive, resourceful, and customer‑service orientation
  • Independent worker and team player
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced office environment
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (asset)
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound and outbound calls
  • Post and manage social media content
  • Manage and organize email correspondence
  • Provide administrative support to team members
  • Prepare and draft documentation for listings and agreements
  • Upload and update property listings and rental data
  • Maintain database and filing system
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with RECO and office policy
  • Organize meetings, conferences, and client appointments
  • Schedule appointments and confirmations
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff
  • Plan social events and guest programs
  • Set up and maintain office procedures and routines
  • Sort mail and manage office supplies inventory
  • Perform generic clerical duties (fax, filing, photocopying)
